
Why is it important to take a break? A Break is necessary..!!
Are you ever so tired that you thought of taking a break from your busy schedule? Have you ever thought of switching off everything and get back to your life again? Have you ever thought of running somewhere and never returning back?
Of course you have thought of these questions because in today’s world everyone is so busy with his/her work that they do not find time to think about themselves If you think rationally then you will find there were times when people were doing their best for their lives while taking care of their near and dear ones as well. But now life has become so materialistic and fast that we are just running after everything without understanding the basic needs of our Body, Spirit and Mind. We should remember that our physic too needs a rest. So whenever you feel like giving up, gift yourself a BREAK.
There are various ways that help you make your mind free:-
Give Yourself a Break- Physically – when you are physically tired, your body will never support you. Give yourself a break physically so that your body can feel refreshed and can do work with full energy. Allow yourself a little extra sleep. Use an elevator or lift instead of stairs because sometimes it is totally perfect to choose the easy path. Be mindful with your sitting posture at your desk at work. Take small breaks to walk around and stretch. Sitting in the same posture make you feel tired.

Give Yourself a Break -Mentally – Besides physically to take a mental break is also very necessary. Take out some days and go on a holiday. Holiday makes you feel refresh as you are away from your work. Everyone needs changes in his/her life that is why travelling is also very necessary. Travelling helps you to free from worries and calms your mind.
Give Yourself a Break -Emotionally–releases your emotions. For example you can do so by writing them on a piece of paper and burning it. It helps you in dealing with your uncomfortable feelings. Do not give stress to your brain. Stress is the biggest barrier that stops the working of your mind.
Give Yourself a Break from Technology – promise to yourself that some of the morning hours you will be tech-free. Don’t switch on the computer or television. Instead of reading on the mobile phone, read the book physically. Store gadgets where you cannot reach easily. Using gadgets consumes your energy. It not only makes your body tired but also affects your eyes.
