Ans: The destruction of Lencho’scrops by the hailstorm is an example of conflict between the human and nature. But there is one more conflict shown in the story that is among the humans themselves. The postmaster and the other employees collected money and sent that to Lencho. It is only a way of showing kindness because they all were not related to Lencho. Even after getting the money, Lencho blamed the employees for taking away his some money. This shows that man does not have faith in fellow humans and therefore this is the reason for the conflict which is among the human themselves.
