IBPS RRB PO EXAM PATTERN 2020 – 21

Before beginning with the examination preparation strategies, candidates must go through with the IBPS RRB PO Exam Pattern and syllabus.

The prelims and mains level exam of IBPS RRB is conducted online – Objective type (MCQ) multiple choice questions are asked in the exam. The language of the question paper will be in English and Hindi/Regional Language. Total marks allotted to the IBPS PO Pre Exam are 80. The IBPS RRB PO Mains exam carries total 200 marks

Questions in the prelims exam are asked from Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability only. In the mains exam, questions are asked from Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language and Basic Computer Knowledge. There is a penalty for wrong answers, ¼ marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.

Quantitative Aptitude

This section tests a aspirant’s calculation skills. Candidates should be prepared in advance with formulas, concepts and practice extensively. Topics that candidates should prepare are percentage, average, simple interest / compound interest, time and work, time speed and distance, ratio proportion probability and profit and loss.
