CA Foundation Eligibility 2021

The CA Foundation eligibility criteria are as follows:
  1. Candidate must have passed or appeared in this year for Class 12 or any equivalent examination carried out by a recognized board.
  2. Candidate should be registered with the Board of Studies as specified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the CA Foundation (by December 31, for May session and by June 30, for November session)
  3. After successful registration, candidate will have to undergo a minimum of 4 months of study period before appearing for the CA Foundation Exam.

CA Foundation 2021 Exam Pattern

CA Foundation exam consists of 4 papers. Each paper carries 100 marks and the maximum duration is 3 hours. Candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the papers to pass the CA Foundation exam.
