Clear the IPC Exam in one or both groups. Then one need to undergo article ship for 3 years under a practicing C.A or a C.A firm during which one can also clear the C.A Final to gain your C.A certification.



The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) administered this professional degree. The company secretary looks after the administration of a company including legal and statutory compliance, and governance-related issues. One can also set up independent practice in these areas.

It includes CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), executive Program and 15 months of practical training. On completion of the program, one will be given the designation of Associate Company Secretary (ACS).



Cost and Management Accounting is responsible to prepare financial reports for various regulatory authorities, creditors, tax authorities, etc. This is a certification provided by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

One can also go for higher-level positions in the financial domain, such as finance director, financial controller, cost controller, etc.

Under this course, one is required to clear 20 different exams conducted by the ICAI, which are again divided into 3 different levels- Foundation, Intermediate, and Final.



Stockbroking includes buying and selling of stocks and bonds. Their clients include brokerage firms, insurance companies, banks, investment banks, pension funds, and other financial institutions. One can also work as an independent broker.

Degrees/courses such as B.Com, BBA, CA, or MBA (Finance) can also be pursued to have a solid foundation.

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), NSE, NISM, and ICFM also offer courses and certifications in stock markets.

During the probationary period of two years, one learns various activities related to the daily functioning of a bank, such as handling cash flow, supervising clerical work, customer complaints etc. The candidate becomes an assistant manager after the completion of the probation period and attains higher positions over the years.

You can give the Bank PO exam after graduation in any stream. Exams include SBI-PO, IBPS-PO, ICICI Bank-PO, Axis Bank-PO, HDFC Bank-PO, etc. although degrees such as B.Com, BBA, and Economics can be advantageous.
